Hi, just to give an update on this case, in the end we formatted the server as it appeared to have had quite a number of security breaches (as the previous IT company had decided to turn on most of the server services and then put the server into the DMZ for the connection). Thank you all for your help and thoughts on this matter though it's much appreciated
