MCITP - Exchange 2007 Enterprise Messaging Administrator

As an MVP for Exchange Server, I got the chance to take the beta Exams for Exchange 2007. In January the first exam was piloted (70-236) which is an MCTS exam covering Exchange 2007 Configuration. I missed the chance to take the beta version of the (70-237) exam in March but did manage to sit the final beta exam, (70-238) in April. This just left the 70-237 exam to complete the set and become a MCITP – Exchange 2007 Enterprise Messaging Administrator which I managed to take in June.

I finally found out the results of the beta exams recently so can now call myself an MCITP

For more information about the Exams, see the number links.

Hi Nathan,

I'm thinking of taking the Exchange 2007 MCIT exam.  Was it difficult?  Also what would you recommend as study aids?  (I am currently reading the Exchange 2007 administrators companion.)

Regards,

Hi,

Well for the first exam 70-236 I would make sure you really know your PowerShell. There is a lot of it in the exam!!

The other two exams are really very representative of an Exchange 2007 design and implementation project.

There are some books out there but I haven't seen them. I would suggest keeping reading the help file and make sure that you have done some real work on E2007.

Good luck
Cheers
Nathan
