Office Communicator Mobile fails to connect

Adding Public IM Contacts to Microsoft Office Communicator

Hi, I have always known that Live Communication Server (LCS) and Office Communication Server (OCS) were able to be configured to use something called Public IM Connectivity (PIC). However, I had never had the chance to actually use it until this week.
