I guess I may have mentioned this on here before at some point, but last year I was lucky enough to be asked by Jim McBee to write a chapter of a book he was involved with.

Microsoft Exchange Server 2007: Implementation and Administration (pub. Sybex/Wiley)

I decided to write all about Client Access servers and had an interesting time doing so.
