OK not entirely Exchange related, I know! However, if you time sync is out then your AD will fall over and that will certainly kill you Exchange!

I have put together a comprehensive article explaining how the Windows Time service works and how the time on desktop machines are synchronised with the server.  There are some useful best practices that you need to consider, tips as well as a comprehensive troubleshooting section at the end of the article.
