Senior Lecturer in Information Systems at Cranfield University. He and his Cranfield colleague, Professor Chris Edwards, have created a consulting business http://www.theimprovingbusiness.com/ that is built on their Cassandra methodology. It helps organisations link their goals to required changes in business processes and then to needed changes in IT infrastructure. For technologists it's like looking at their jobs from the other end of a telescope. They'll be equipped to "sell" better what they see on the day into their companies, or if partners, into their customers.
