Hi,

I am running Outlook 2007 with mailboxes on E2007. When i send an email from my mailbox, it records the message i sent into my Inbox as a copy of the sent message. When i receive from someone (also on E2007), i receive the message twice.

I have looked into the headers for these two messages. One is relayed through the E2007 server (message id xxx@myemailservername, the other one has message id like xxxx@journal.report.generator

I guess i have turned Journaling by mistake somehow, although i do not see how (in Tools > Options > Journal Options there is no journal set anywhere), or is it enabled by default???

Does anyone know how i can swtich this off in Outlook 2007???

Hi,

That does sound like you have turned journalling on and pointed the copy to your own mailbox.

Have you solved this one yet?

Journalling in 2007 can be done for individuals or on a per mailbox store as previously.
