Does anyone know a FREE tool to perform this migration?

MS's tool does not do it.

Exchange Server 2003 Migration Wizard for Lotus Notes

·      Recurring meetings migrate as individual, unrelated meetings.

·      If the Exchange Migration Wizard for Lotus Notes is installed on top of an existing Exchange Migration Wizard, uninstalling will not revert to the original version of the Exchange Migration Wizard.

·      Encrypted e-mail does not migrate.

·      Personal Address Book information does not migrate.

·      Mail archive databases do not migrate.

Your best bet may be the Quest tools.
