Hi,

Here are the details of our December meeting. This month we will be meeting on 7th December 2006 at MS UK HQ in Thames Valley Park in Reading.

(For those who live too far away for these venues please have a think about locations where you would like a meeting and we will see what we can do)

Following on from the great success of our October meeting we will continue with the round table format. We will be joined by top Exchange guys from MS who will help lead a couple of round table discussions with a little PowerPoint for introductions!

To help gets things started have a think about what you want to know and bring along your Exchange store troubleshooting questions.

The agenda for the meeting will be as follows: (although I may tweak the timings slightly)

18:00 - 18:30            Arrival - Please come to Building 3

18:30 - 18:40            Introduction by Nathan Winters

18:40 - 19:30            First Discussion led by Brett Johnson - Exchange Store problems and how to troubleshoot them.

19:30 - 19:50            Food!

19:50 - 20:40            Second Discussoin led by Brett Johnson and MS CPR personell - Discussion and solutions to the top 5 Exchange PSS calls.

20:40 - 21:00            Questions and Answers and suggestions for the group for future meetings.

21:00                        The End!

I have been advised to inform people that travel from MS TVP in Reading by public transport at 21:00 can be tricky. Therefore if you are coming by public transport please let me know and I will see if we can organise a taxi back to the station.

The timing , as well as the location make it pretty difficult for me almost every time. Finishing anything at 21:00 typically involves an overnight stay, as most trains don't run late enough to get me back home the same day, and the 18:00 start means the day of the event is interupted.

So all round really it's a bit awkward.

Is there any plans to have a full day event at any stage, a 09:30 to 17:30 event, where people could stay over the night before, and leave at a normal hour ?

Hi,

We certainly could use livemeeting if we can get the required audio equipement. I have a livemeeting account we can use if necessary.

Regards an all day event, there will be something coming soon (January 24th). I will be sending out a mail at the end of the week with more info.

Thanks Nathan, didn't see your email invite right away, it went into my gmail spam folder. I should have subscribed with my Exchange address.

Would love to know more about troubleshooting problems with the store, but it's the works Christmas do that night  Hope to make it to the next one.
