Can not see newly added classes and attributes after installing exchange server

    Hi,

I followed the document "exchange 2003 setup guide" I downloaded from forum to install exchange 2003.

According to this guide, I installed windows 2003 on 2 boxes. And created a domain controller and joined the second box to the domain. The follow the guide to install all stuff. However, I could not find any new classes and attributes to be added to user object on Active Directory.

I can see newly added classes and attributes if I install AD and exchange 2003 on one box.

    How come?

    Thanks,

    Jason

    Hi,

That is most likely because you don't have the Exchange management tools on the domain controller.

If you open Active Directory Users and Computers on the Exchange server you will see the extensions.

    Cheers
