The key roles and tasks include
- MS Windows Server (4.0/2000/2003) and MS Exchange (5.5/2000/2003) Senior System administration across multiple customers and large scale mixed integrations
- MS Exchange / Active Directory Design
- MS Exchange / Active Directory / EAS Archiving / Third Line Support and Troubleshooting
- Develop and maintain Design and Builds instructions
- Out-of-hours Standby requirement (overnight and weekends)
- Problem Investigations
- Process and Procedure Documentation
- Knowledge Transfer to team members and the 1st and 2nd Line Support Teams
- Problem Management to resolution
- Individual and team working

- MS Exchange 5.5/2000/2003
- Large Scale MS Exchange Integration and Migration project experience.
- MS Exchange and Server Infrastructure / Solution Migration
- MS Active Directory (Multi Domain/Multi Forest) administration and Support
- Resilient MS Exchange Services (Clustering)
- Strong Problem Resolution Skills
- MS Exchange and Active Directory Recovery (Restore/DR)
- Good Network Knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, WINS)
- Self Starter, works with own initiative

- Good Communicator
